Hot Vinyasa

This fast paced & high energy class will burn what you’re ready to let go of today! Follow along closely through each set of sequences as you’ll be invited to go on your own at times and enjoy your own freedom in body and breath!

Slow Flow

move a little slower here with a nice mix of natural rhythmic movements and strong stable ones. Finishing with gentle slow deep stretches great to round off the practice!

Yin / Stretch

the slower the better here. this class encourages stillness & depth, both in physical posture, as well as mental focus. Relax & decompress with this gentle and effective style of yoga.

Ashtanga

This is a traditional sequence from India that has been healing and strengthening for almost a hundred years. It’s the same postures and movements each time, and it was designed to be practiced 6 days a week, so we presented it like that for you.
