This class progressively challenges you first starting with very traditional sequences, then moving towards more dynamic & complex sequences all tied together with rhythmic breathing techniques and fluidity in the body.
You will be able to explore and move at your own pace in this class, giving you the chance to find your own inner strength and grace! Classes are heated to 95+ with our silent infrared heating system… just enough to get you hot, sweaty and bendy. Influenced by upbeat, carefully curated music in a dim room, the space is set for a powerful, inward journey.

This all levels class caries with it a sweet blend of traditional flow in the beginning of class, and then helps you build strength and flexibility through static held postures. This is a great class as an into class, but will soon become a class that you add to your routine as it provides the perfect mix of flow and focus.
With it’s slower pace you are able to learn how to layer in breathing with foundational postures and will leave you feeling refreshed and replenished. Perfect for beginners ready to break in their new yoga mat!

Ashtanga is a 100+ year old sequence that carries with it much wisdom, experience and most of all, success. Success in opening the body is just the right way to allow for the yogi to feel free. It does not come with ease however, this daily repeated sequence will start with flow sun salutations and then move into many classic and bendy, twisty postures that are held for 5 breaths with great focus on stillness and mental stability.
The teacher practices along with you during the classes that have the world ‘follow’ in it, while the ones listed as ‘led’ will provide more hands on assisting and observing to help you achieve the best version of you that day!

Yin is a more recent style of yoga that has become a fan favorite due to it’s simplicity to follow as well as the deep sense of relaxation and flexibility that comes with it. Less poses means more time in stillness and connection to the breathing aspect of the practice. Consider it like meditation, with a stretch : )
Using props, bolsters and blankets it’s definitely the coziest class offered at One Tribe and a great place to start if you are new to the practice, or just looking for a great date night class!

Combining a little warmth with slow stretching we created this late morning class to help you recover from your workouts in a warm, cozy room to feel complete and ready to take on the rest of the day!
Interlaced with small movements, this unique class will give you access to all the tight muscles and facia helping you feel more relaxed with a greater range of motion in your joints than when you entered.

Long Slow and Deep is a format designed for optimal health and wellness. It’s going to take you deeper into your mind & nervous system more than any class we offer. It’s slower in pace, slower in transitions and slower in how you breath through the nose.
Oh, did we mention you’ll do the entire class with your eyes closed or blindfolded!!??? YEAH, prepare to dive deep into your nervous system as you remove the distraction of sight and start to rely more on your other senses.
