STANDING MASSAGE APPOINTMENTS

At One Tribe, we firmly believe in the benefits of consistent and regular bodywork.

To encourage and support you in your self-care, we offer standing massage appointments for the current year. This allows you to lock in your preferred time, day of the week and preferred therapist. To book a standing massage appointment, we require that you either have a membership or package.

However, if your schedule is not dependable, this may not be the best option for you. If 3 standing massage appointments in a row are canceled or rescheduled you will become ineligible for a standing appointment. Thanks for understanding.

POLICIES

Payment is due at time of service and is non-refundable

Duration of Massage Session – Your session time includes 5-10 minutes for consultation and undressing/re-dressing

Cancellation – Appointments can be changed or canceled with at least 24 hours notice. Late-cancels will be charged the full price for the reserved service or session

No-Show – If you haven’t arrived 15 minutes into your scheduled appointment time without contacting us, it’ll be considered a no-show and the full price will be charged and/or deducted from your package

Late Arrival – If you arrive late, you’ll receive whatever time is left in your scheduled appointment and will be responsible for payment for the full service or session that was scheduled. If you’re later than 20 minutes for a 60 minute session, 30 minutes for a 90 minutes session and 45 minutes for a 120 minute session, the appointment will be rescheduled and the full price will be charged and/or deducted from your package for the original appointment scheduled

Receiving a massage when you’re sick is not advised.
If you arrive for your massage appointment with symptoms of an illness, you’ll be asked to reschedule. This is for your well being as well as the health of the therapist, other clients and the entire Tribe.

While in the early and acute stages of a cold, the flu or other illness, a massage can accelerate the onset of the infection and intensify its severity. If you get a massage after the illness has peaked, you might experience a relapse of symptoms and feel sick again. Please wait until you’ve been well for at least a few days before getting your massage. If you do need to cancel your appointment, please call us as soon as possible and we’ll be happy to reschedule for a time when you’re feeling better.

CONFIDENTIALITY & PRIVACY

One Tribe is committed to protecting your privacy.

All personal information that you provide either written or verbal will remain completely confidential and private as permitted by law.

Visitors to our website are completely anonymous. We do not collect any information from your computer without your input.

One Tribe will not rent, sell, disclose or distribute any of your information to any outside parties.

TERMS & CONDITIONS – MASSAGE MEMBERSHIPS

No activation fees and no cancellation fees

Three month commitment is required for Massage Memberships

Your membership must remain active in order to use any credits that have rolled over from previous months. As long as your membership is active, unused session time will rollover from month to month and can be accrued and used in any therapy time duration you’d like (60, 90 or 120 minute sessions). If you terminate your membership with unused massage credits, you will lose the credits and no refunds or credits will be given.

After the initial 3 months, you may cancel at any point with no cancellation fees but a minimum of fifteen days notice is required for all membership changes (terminations, downgrades, etc.). Any requests for changes to your membership must be in writing emailed to behappy@onetribe.life
Massage Memberships can not be suspended for any reason.

Your membership will conveniently automatically continue after the initial three months unless we receive an emailed notice of cancellation.

Memberships are charged every month on the same calendar day that you initially sign up, but can be adjusted to the date on which you receive your first treatment. To adjust to the start date, email behappy@onetribe.life

Activation date will be backdated to reconcile any unpaid services

Time accrued on your account can be shared with others as long as your membership is active.

No refunds will be issued after monthly charge is processed. Memberships are non-refundable but dollar amounts may be exchanged and used for gift cards. Gift cards have a one year expiration from time of purchase.

TERMINATING MASSAGE MEMBERSHIPS

After the initial 3 months, you may cancel at any point with no cancellation fees but a minimum of fifteen days notice is required for all membership changes (terminations, downgrades, etc.). Any requests for changes to your membership must be in writing emailed to behappy@onetribe.life

If you terminate your membership with unused massage credits, we will convert the remaining credit dollar value into non-member sessions as permitted by the value, and all remaining money will be added to your account for any purchases at One Tribe. Any converted massage sessions, will have a 1 year expiration attached to them.
