Join the lovely Kassandra in this 90 minute donation based community celebration with a focus on intentions as we pass through the Fall Equinox together. The Fall Equinox is all about balance. Balance of day and night; masculine and feminine; hard and soft.

The changing of seasons gives us a moment to stop and reflect. The fall equinox is all about harvesting and reflecting on what we have been working toward over the last year, and beginning to work toward slowing down as the days become shorter and the nights become longer.

This community focused experience will hold space for creation, sharing and enjoying slow gentle breathing and movement together. Sit and relax, sip some tea afterwards and enjoy the changing of seasons in harmony with each other.

The Fall Cleanse Group is a mindful and holistic approach to detoxing your body, your mind and your life in the support of community using various cleansing techniques, movement, massage, journaling and meditation. In this Fall Cleanse Group at One Tribe Yoga & Wellness you will be empowered to:

  • Explore your nutrition with a 21 day detox cleanse and learn how the practice of Ayurveda can help guide you safely through it
  • Change your relationship with food through developing a mindful eating practice
  • Clean up your diet; eliminating the toxic burden of refined/processed foods and enjoying healthy, nutrient-dense whole foods
