Transformation Specialist

As a studio manager you’ll have many important roles that help to keep One Tribe looking, smelling and feeling like home away from home for the community.

One Tribe’s studio and brand have a very unique feel to it. You’ll be responsible for making sure our amazing guests’ stay with us is stress free and have everything they need to embark on this journey of self care and healing whether it’s yoga or massage, or both!

$15.30/ hour + commissions + bonuses
6 month reviews for raises

Days/Times :

Tuesday & Thursdays : 8-1:30p (morning shift)
Thursday 4-8:55p (evening shift)
Sundays : 7:30-1:45p*
*these will be one or the other, we’ll talk more about them at your interview!

Your role requires excellent time management skills and a passion for maintaining a clean and neat environment. Efficiently handling daily tasks, as outlined in an easy-to-use checklist, ensures a seamless experience for our customers. Focused on creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere, you’ll engage in meaningful conversations, strike deals prioritizing customer well-being, and celebrate achievements through awards and incentives. Monthly coaching meetings centered around personal and professional development will further contribute to the healing of our community.
