Take a few classes first.
You don’t need to book your Strategy Session during your first free week. Use that week to explore, feel things out, and notice what resonates. The more you experience, the more valuable this conversation becomes.

What does your body need right now?
What’s been holding you back from consistency?
Which classes felt supportive? Which felt challenging?
There are no wrong questions — clarity starts with honesty.

Pain, stress, time constraints, goals, injuries, energy levels — all of it matters. The more real you are, the better we can guide you.

Book within a month.
Once you’ve had time to experience the studio, we recommend booking your Strategy Session within 30 days. That’s the sweet spot where momentum is fresh and habits are ready to form.
