From competitive sports at a young age to completing multiple Ironman triathlons, he has spent decades learning firsthand what it takes to recover well, stay mobile, prevent injury, and keep the body functioning at a high level.

Drawing from his extensive background in athletics, yoga, mobility training, and bodywork, Jason specializes in helping clients reduce tension, improve flexibility, and move with greater ease. His sessions blend therapeutic massage with targeted stretching techniques designed to address common problem areas such as tight hips, low back pain, restricted shoulders, postural imbalances, and recovery from active lifestyles.
