Welcome to the Summer Squares Challenge!

6 Weeks • 6 Weekly Winners • 1 Grand Prize

For six weeks, you’ll have the chance to earn entries, win prizes, and stay connected with the One Tribe community all summer long.

How It Works:

Whether you’re here every day or away for part of the summer, there are plenty of ways to participate and earn entries.

Each square on your Summer Squares board is worth one entry into that week’s prize drawing.
Simply complete an activity and color in the square using the weekly marker color provided at the studio.
Unlike previous years, you do not need to complete a row, column, or pattern. Every completed square counts as an individual entry. The more squares you complete during the week, the more chances you have to win. It’s that simple.

Weekly Drawings

Every Sunday, a winner will be randomly selected from that week’s completed entries and shared on social media!
Prizes will also be drawn at random from our Summer Squares Prize Pool (free massages, free yoga, retail & more!).
After each Sunday drawing, all entries are removed and a new week begins with a fresh drawing pot.
Weekly entries do not carry over from week to week.

Grand Prize Drawing

Don’t worry—your completed squares still matter!
At the end of the six-week challenge, every completed square from the entire event will be added back into one giant prize drawing for our Grand Summer Giveaway.
The more squares you complete throughout the challenge, the more chances you’ll have to win the final grand prize.

Marking Your Board

Participants are responsible for coloring in their own squares once an activity has been completed.
If you are traveling, out of town, or unable to visit the studio, simply contact the front desk and we’ll help verify eligible activities completed remotely.
Many challenge squares can be completed from anywhere, including social media posts, Google reviews, referrals, and other community activities.

Complete a Board? Grab Another!

Finish every square on your board? Awesome! Bring your completed board to the front desk and we’ll issue you a brand-new board so you can keep earning entries for the remainder of the challenge. Additional boards are only available after a board has been completely filled.

Important Notes

Use only the weekly marker color provided by One Tribe.
Each completed square equals one entry.
No rows, columns, or bingo patterns required.
Weekly drawings are random.
Prize selection is random.
Weekly entries reset after each Sunday drawing.
All completed entries throughout the challenge are eligible for the Grand Prize Drawing.

FLOW STREAK: 3 DAYS

Show up for three consecutive days of yoga. Turns out your body likes consistency almost as much as Ludo & Freya like dinner time!

FLOW STREAK: 7 DAYS

Practice yoga seven days in a row. By now you’ll either feel amazing or start referring to your mat as a family member.

FLOW STREAK: 14 DAYS

Attend at least one class every day for two straight weeks. Momentum is a beautiful thing—and surprisingly addictive.

FLOW STREAK: 21 DAYS

Twenty-one consecutive days of yoga. Scientists call it habit formation. We call it becoming one of “those yoga people.”

STILLNESS STREAK: 7 DAYS

Spend 30 minutes each day in meditation, breathwork, or quiet reflection. Your nervous system called and would like to send a thank-you card.

FLOW COUNT: 20 CLASSES

Rack up 20 classes throughout the challenge. No streak required—just keep showing up and collecting those wins.


YOGA WITH KILEY, MARYKAY & DEB

Take one class with each teacher. Different teachers, different styles, same sweaty happiness.

YOGA WITH KENLYNN & JOHANA

Flow with both Kenlynn and Johana. Consider it a yoga-powered studio scavenger hunt.

YOGA WITH KERRI & TAYLOR

Take one class with Kerri and one with Taylor. Two teachers, two perspectives, one stronger you.

YOGA WITH JASON & BREE

Attend a class with Jason and a class with Bree. Bonus points if you survive Jason’s storytelling.

ONLINE YOGA CLASS

Join us online from home, vacation, or wherever life takes you!

YOGA DOUBLE HEADER

Take two classes back-to-back in one day. It’s basically the yoga version of a double feature movie.


YOGA + MASSAGE

Pair movement with recovery by attending a yoga class and receiving a massage. Your body may briefly believe you’ve won the lottery.

MASSAGE WITH JASON

Book a massage with Jason. Warning: spontaneous sighs of relief may occur.

MASSAGE WITH SABRINA

Receive care from our newest tribe therapist Sabrina and give your muscles the vacation they’ve been requesting.

MASSAGE WITH BEN

Book a session with our newest tribe therapist Ben and let those stubborn knots know their time is up.

TRIBE WORKSHOP

Attend any One Tribe workshop during the challenge. Learn something new and impress your friends with random wellness facts. Book Club quantifies as a workshop, yes, enjoy those snacks and laughter with Johana and friends! I think Ruth is leading the next one.

BREATH & BOWLS

Join our Breath & Bowls event. Come for the breathing, stay for the good vibes.

JULY 4TH FREE CLASS

Celebrate freedom, community, and yoga with our July 4th Free Class. Fireworks not included.

JULY 12 ONE TRIBE PARTY

Come hang out with your Tribe at the Summer Party. Because wellness should include laughter too.


YOGA + COFFEE

Attend class and grab a coffee afterward. Balance, after all, is a sacred practice.

SHARE YOUR TRIBE WITH A NEW HUMAN

Bring someone new to One Tribe. Introduce a fellow human to the magic you’ve been keeping all to yourself.
