Sunday, June 1 – 12:30-2p
Warning: This isn’t your average yoga class. This is your official invitation to drop the seriousness, kick perfection to the curb, and play. Whether you come with a friend, a lover, a roommate, or someone you just met in the lobby, this Partner Yoga Experience is all about connection—with a healthy dose of creativity, communication, and courage.
You’ll explore beginner-friendly partner shapes, gentle acro yoga poses, and synchronized breathwork that will have you wobbling, laughing, and maybe even flying—literally and emotionally. There’s no need to “get it right.” The only requirement? A willingness to try something new, support and be supported, and tap into the kind of trust that deepens connection in the most joyful ways.
Expect:
- Lots of laughter and movement-based play
- Trust-building postures that awaken your inner child
- Accessible acro yoga for absolute beginners
- Opportunities to learn something new about yourself and your partner
- That sweet, satisfying feeling of being seen, supported, and in sync
This workshop is the antidote to isolation, disconnection, and the overly-serious side of adulthood. Whether your relationship needs a tune-up, your friendship needs a spark, or your spirit just needs a little lightness—this experience is your space to let go, lean in, and lift each other up (literally and metaphorically).
You’ll walk away feeling more connected, more playful, and maybe just a little bit more human.
Space is limited—so tag your co-pilot and grab your spot.
