Muscle loss is a natural part of the journey, but we don’t have to accept it. To maintain strength, stability, and endurance, we need resistance. And not just any resistance—progressive resistance that challenges the body in ways that neutralize muscle loss and, in many cases, reverse it through muscle growth.

Each class begins with an introduction to the daily exercises and target muscle groups, along with guidance on choosing a light, medium, or heavy weight to take to your mat. You can always adjust as needed, meeting your body where it’s at while setting yourself up for steady, confident progress.

This isn’t just about lifting weights—it’s about building a foundation of strength that carries you through life. As you gain confidence in the movements and breathwork, you’ll naturally increase resistance over time, improving muscle tone, joint stability, and total-body resilience.
