Welcome to the SOL FLOW Challenge—a 45-day journey of movement, mindfulness, and community connection, all leading up to our biggest celebration of the year: the Summer Solstice and One Tribe’s 7-Year Anniversary Party.
This challenge invites you to fill your SOL FLOW Grid by completing powerful, purposeful tasks like attending classes, practicing daily meditation, participating in workshops, inviting friends, and supporting your local studio. Each square represents a commitment to your well-being—and every row completed brings you closer to winning amazing prizes, including up to a year of free yoga.
You don’t need to be a member to join. All that’s required is your full-hearted commitment to show up, share your light, and support the tribe along the way. From massages to movement, breath to connection—this challenge is designed to realign you with what matters most.
We’ll celebrate together at the Solstice Party on June 21, where winners will be announced and all participants honored.

SOL FLOW CHALLENGE FAQ’s
Q: Do I need to be a member to participate?
Nope! This challenge is open to everyone. You don’t need to be a member—just ready to commit, show up, and flow full out.
Q: How do I get started?
Pick up your SOL FLOW Grid at the front desk starting May 5. Write your name on it, slap it on the lobby window! Each square is a challenge to complete. Fill in the grid, row by row.
Q: What happens when I complete a square / row?
Place a sticker on that square once the task is done. If it’s something we can’t track (like a solo meditation), follow the instructions for proof—like submitting a short video to 480-676-9942. Once a row is complete, you’ll text us a pic of that, we’ll confirm it on our end, and reward you with the points!
Q: What counts as proof for social media squares?
You must follow and tag @1tribeyoga and use #solFlowChallenge in your post or story. Yes, stories count—but only if you tag us! We’ll repost it and add it to our official challenge highlight reel.
Q: What about workshops and massage?
Special rates are available for massage during the challenge: $85 for 60 minutes and $129 for 90 minutes with Jason, Nikki, Madonna & Ashley. $99 and $149 for Kerri. There will also be plenty workshops to choose from, they are all a special flat rate of only $45 for 90 minutes—some squares will require your attendance. These are great chances to learn and grow.
Q: Can I win something?
Yes! Complete rows for entries. Complete the full grid to be eligible for grand prizes like up to a year of free yoga, retail gear, and other surprises announced at the Solstice Party on June 21.
Q: Do I have to finish the whole grid?
Nope! You’ll get entries for each full row you complete. But the more you do, the more entries you earn—and only full-grid participants will be eligible for the top-tier prizes.
Q: How long does the challenge run?
From May 5 to June 21. That’s 45 days of movement, mindset, and momentum leading right into the longest, brightest day of the year.
Q: What’s the vibe of this challenge?
It’s not about perfection. It’s about showing up, making progress, and reconnecting—to yourself, your tribe, and your purpose. Let the grid reflect your journey. Let the solstice mark your shift.
SQUARES EXPLAINED:
Flow Streak (3 Days)
Start the challenge strong with three days of yoga in a row. Doesn’t matter if it’s online or in person—what matters is you showed up for yourself. Think of it like brushing your teeth but for your soul. Keep the streak alive and your body will thank you.
Yin Class
Slide into stillness. Whether you’re online or on your mat in studio, Yin is the ultimate surrender. Let gravity do the work and let yourself receive. You may not break a sweat, but you might just break open. (In the best way.)
June 21 Solstice Party
This is the finish line and the biggest vibe of the year. Come celebrate our 7th year of One Tribe magic under the summer sun. Join us in person (highly recommended!) or request a Zoom/FaceTime link if you’re traveling. Trust us—you’ll want to be there for the winners, the stories, and the love.
Online Love
Head to South Mountain rocking your favorite One Tribe gear and post a pic that screams, “I flow with my tribe.” Bonus points for scenic shots, goofy grins, or dogs in down dog. Don’t forget to tag us! For the group photo of 5+ friends this must be in the studio and you (not everybody) must be wearing a one tribe shirt or pants!
Massage
Book and receive a massage during the challenge using your exclusive SOL FLOW pricing. No future appointments count, and no procrastination allowed! Claim your hour. Refill your cup. Your body is earning this. No sessions available? Supply us with a few options and let us see if we can make it happen!
Karma
Give some love where it’s needed—donate to a cause, volunteer at a shelter, help someone out. The act itself doesn’t need to be huge, but the heart behind it does. Kindness is a form of alignment too.
Yoga + Coffee
Grab your yogi crew and hit up a local café after class. Snap a group photo in full yoga poses while sipping coffee, juice, or tea. Bonus for creativity and tagging the Sanskrit name of your pose. We see you, Trikonasana at the barista counter!
Yoga w/ [Teachers Listed]
This one takes planning and a little patience. You’ll need to take a class with each teacher listed. Online or in-person both count. They’re all different, and that’s the point—each one offers you a new lens, a fresh flow, and a different part of the tribe.
Vinyasa Strong
Time to feel the fire. Take our newest strength-meets-yoga class and see how good power feels when it’s aligned. Online counts, but if you come in person, prepare to sweat, laugh, and maybe fist bump someone on the way out.
Silent Strength
Set aside one sacred hour for stillness. Just you, your breath, and nothing else. Do it solo via Jason’s guided video, or better yet, join one of our group sits. You’ll be amazed what rises when everything else goes quiet. Timelapse video = acceptable proof. Scroll down for some meditation videos!
Tribe Ride
Grab a buddy and carpool to class. You’ll help the planet, ease our parking lot stress, and likely end up laughing about something unexpected. Yoga doesn’t start at the mat—it starts in the car sometimes.
Read & Release
Choose a book—any book—and read it cover to cover during the challenge. When you’re done, donate it to our upcoming One Tribe Library and complete a surprise reflection prompt about how the story shaped you. Fiction counts. Growth guaranteed.
Sol Study
Workshops are where the big breakthroughs happen. Attend any of our SOL FLOW workshops and explore the deeper layers of yourself. You’ll breathe, sit, and even soak in an ice plunge! Take more than one if you’re ready to level up, there are multiple squares if you’re looking to win this thing! The Sound Bath experiences are included in this square, yes!
Yoga + Massage (Same Day)
Double up your self-care. Schedule a yoga class and a massage on the same day. Doesn’t have to be back-to-back, but why not? Workshops count as yoga. Stack this right, and you might just hit multiple squares with one glorious visit.
Flow Streak (7 Days)
Seven days straight. You heard us. Whether it’s online, in-studio, or a mix of both—just don’t break the chain. Workshops count here too. You’ll move from commitment to momentum to magic.
Daily Stillness
Ah, the challenge, within the challenge! Every single day, sit in silence for 15–30 minutes. No music. No scrolling. Just you and the quiet. A daily journal sheet is provided to help you track it. Warning: this square alone contains the power to change your life! Scroll down for some meditation videos! At the end of the challenge hand in your sheet (or snap a pic and text it-480-676-9642) to receive credit for the square! We’re less focused on perfection of this, rather than the awareness it helps you attain, and got written out. There is power when we write, especially on the days we missed. Little journal entries can build up momentum!
Tribe Love
Head to Google & MindBody Online and leave us a review. A good one, ideally! Tell the world what One Tribe means to you, and help others find their way here. It takes less than 2 minutes, and it seriously makes a difference.
One More Human
Bring a friend to class who’s never stepped into One Tribe. They might fall in love with it just like you did. Bonus: if you ride together, you also knock out your Tribe Ride square. Double win.
Flow Count (20 Classes)
From May 5 through June 21, log 20 total yoga classes. No need for them to be consecutive—this is about accumulation. If you’re a regular, you might already be halfway there. If not, there’s still plenty of time.
Gratitude Wall
Trace your hand, write what you’re grateful for, and post it on our studio wall. It’s elementary school vibes with grown-up soul. Watch as the wall blooms with love, insight, and tribe energy.
Yoga 2x
Back-to-back yoga classes, no workshop loopholes. This square is for the bold, the brave, and the breath-obsessed. Bring snacks. Hydrate. Then flow again.
Vinyasa Class
Jump into our flagship hot vinyasa class—music blasting, sweat pouring, energy flying. Not ready to go all in? Sit and soak it in, meditate in the corner, or move gently. Either way, you’ll feel the heat and the heart.
w/e of Devotion
From Friday through Sunday (ANY WEEKEND YOU CHOOSE!), you’ll commit to clearing physical, mental, and emotional toxins to reconnect with clarity, vitality, and purpose. This is about discipline, not punishment—cleansing your habits so your light can shine through. Take note of how often the mind craves them, write it down, then move, breath and replace it with patience, love, connection and/or movement! Lululemon
Attend any free event at Lululemon (Jason’s teaching Memorial Day weekend!) or visit the Chandler store, find Jason’s Ambassador photo, and post something fun or meaningful with it. Tag @lululemon and @1tribeyoga. Nothing to buy—just bring the vibe.
Ashtanga Class
Join Kerri in the early morning for a journey back to the roots. No playlist, just breath and soul. You’ll learn a powerful sequence, chant from the heart, and feel the rhythm of tradition pulsing through your practice.

MEDITATION TUTORIAL: CHOOSING THE RIGHT SEAT
Not every cushion suits every sitter. We’ll guide you through several options to help you find your ideal match, ensuring you can ease into your practice with comfort and support. Additionally, we’ll introduce you to the serene world of Anapana Meditation. With a brief session, you’ll experience the calming effect of focusing on your natural breath at the tip of your nose, eyes gently closed.
