The Perfect Setting for Renewal Our retreat’s home base is a premium hotel situated right on the golden beaches of Cascais, where the gentle Atlantic breeze and ocean views create an idyllic setting. Your days will begin with energizing yoga and meditation sessions held in a private, ocean-view space reserved exclusively for our group. Evenings will occasionally feature bonus workshops and calming yoga sessions, giving you time to deepen your practice, unwind, and connect with fellow travelers.

Explore Portugal at Your Own Pace With yoga as the foundation of your mornings, your afternoons are free to experience the vibrant culture and beauty of Portugal. Savor the cobblestone streets and historical charm of Lisbon, or join us for guided adventures, including e-bike tours into Lisbon, hikes along the dramatic coastline, secluded beach visits, and the thrill of paragliding over stunning landscapes. There’s even an option to rent a boat for a day of sailing on the Atlantic, adding to the unforgettable moments of this retreat.

Special Event: Cheer on Jason at the Ironman Competition! On October 18, join us as we cheer on Jason, our fearless leader, as he takes on his third Ironman competition. Witness the excitement of a world-class race, experience the thrill of international sportsmanship, and support Jason’s inspiring journey. The race will be an all-day event, giving you a unique and memorable day. It is of course optional, and will be considered a ‘day-off’ to do what you’d like. There won’t be a yoga session that morning, however you will be able to use to space for your own practice/ meditation FYI.

Excursions & Adventures

Excursions and Add-On Adventures. While your retreat includes 7 nights at the hotel, daily breakfast, and access to all yoga and workshop sessions, you can rest assured that Jason is up to his ol’ tricks again with added adventure in the mix! These will be additional charges, signup & pricing will be posted as we get closer to the trip! Feb 1 – June 1 = 75% refund of payment made
June 2 – August 1 = 50% refund of payment made

The price is per person in a double occupancy room, includes breakfast and the daily practices ranging between 90-120 minutes each! The adventures listed above will be charged according to interest in them! If you are booking as single we will pair you up with someone else unless you wish to have a room to yourself, in which case, contact us for your single room rate.

If booking for 2 people today: When you continue into a payment option, you will have the ability to enter in quantities there, choose 2, or 3.

Flight info & getting to hotel. You will want to look at flights that get you to Lisbon (LIS) on Oct 15. That is our first night in the hotel as a group and we’ll have a little get together / welcome meeting that night to welcome everyone, etc. Our last night in the hotel is the 21st, so we depart on the 22nd.

We are looking into getting you rides from the airport in groups of 6 people, so once you get your flights booked, shoot them over to our [email protected] email and we’ll organize your airport transport buddies. If for whatever reason that doesn’t happen for you, we are about 40 minutes away from Lisbon due East in Cascais and would be around $30-40.
